We are the team behind Blackmoor 2, and we believe that games can be nostalgic, innovative, and genuinely fun at the same time.

Our journey began with a simple idea: to create a platformer that we ourselves would like to play. A game that would combine the spirit of the old school, elements of a fighting game, co-op, and a little bit of madness. Blackmoor 2 is not a marketing product, but the result of a gamer’s obsession, love for the genre, and respect for the player.

Why did we make this particular game?

Because we lacked drive in mobile platformers. We wanted:
Vibrant battles with mechanics that reward reaction and technique, not just pressing buttons.
A plot with humor and irony that does not try to be “serious cinema”, but pleases with references, parodies, and unexpected scenes.
The ability to play together with friends, not just passing levels, but truly collaborating and laughing at the chaos on the screen.
Tools for player creativity — so you can create, share and even compete in your own worlds.

Our philosophy

Honesty with the player. In Blackmoor 2 there are no artificial restrictions, endless donations and annoying pop-ups. Everything you see is made for the game, not for retention.
Respect for the classics. We were inspired by titles such as Golden Axe, Castlevania, Battletoads. But we rethought them in a modern way — preserving the spirit, removing outdated conventions.
The community is part of the game. We carefully read reviews, add new features and even get inspired by user levels when creating official updates.

What’s next?
We continue to develop the game — new heroes, modes, maps and editing capabilities are already in the works. Our goal is not just to update, but to develop the entire Blackmoor ecosystem, where everyone will find something for themselves: from a retro fan to a young player discovering the genre from scratch.
